Requirements
- Project management experience leading the development and execution of large/complex engineering projects
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience working with engineering contractors
- Willing and able to travel, both domestic and international, up to 50% of the time
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in an industry with chemical processes
- Previous experience working with international customers, vendors, or peers
- Experience leading technology development projects
- Previous experience in external customer facing roles
- PMP certification
Day to day
- Leadership of technology license projects and technology development projects for full range of KTS business portfolio while delivering beneficial customer experience throughout the project cycle
- Work with the commercial team on the management of technical proposals to meet sales and marketing requirements and participation in client interactions during the sales phase with specific responsibility around the project execution element
- Application of innovation ranging from project execution effectiveness and enhanced customer experience through the value engineering of KTS offerings
- Develop strategies, workflows, schedules, and cost estimates to deliver projects and identify key risks (technical and commercial)
- Lead the execution of projects taking responsibility for compliance, time, cost, safety, and quality
- Lead project reviews to embed learning into the KTS project execution and technology transfer strategy
