Day to day

  • Create and manage IT equipment and service deployment projects within the Division of Technology Services for the Department of Social Services
  • Provide detailed project documentation for applications and network operations
  • Implement service changes and deployments within Microsoft's MS3NA and MS Azure environment
  • Build strong relationships with leadership internal agency staff and vendors
  • Define project objectives and timelines based on business owners' requirements
