Project Manager

Day to day

• Develop project plans outlining timelines milestones resources and deliverables for clinical trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff data management regulatory affairs and sponsors ensuring smooth trial operations
• Serve as the primary contact between the clinical trial site and sponsors regular updates on project status and timelines
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure all trial activities comply with regulatory guidelines Good Clinical Practice GCP and local regulations
• Oversee financial aspects of the trial budget development tracking expenses staying within financial constraints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all trial activities including project plans and progress reports
• Monitor trial quality ensuring adherence to protocols and SOPs
• Provide guidance and training to clinical staff ensuring protocol compliance
