Requirements
- 8–11 years of overall Project Management experience with full project lifecycle ownership
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven experience managing OEE implementation projects
- Experience delivering projects within a GxP-regulated environment
- Familiarity with MES data historians IoT and enterprise integrations is a plus
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end project management for the OEE implementation from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation across the full lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders while driving governance risk management and audit-ready documentation.
