Requirements
- CEFR C2 German proficiency
- Minimum five years of workforce management and time & attendance implementation experience
- Documented evidence of qualifying implementation projects roles duration solution and responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience under German collective labor law
- Experience coordinating with a German Works Council or Betriebsvertretung
- Ability to conduct professional discussions workshops negotiations training and change management in German
- English proficiency for coordination with international teams
- Experience with stakeholder interviews implementation governance testing and deployment
Day to day
- Lead the implementation of a workforce management and time & attendance solution from requirements gathering through deployment and operational transition.
- Facilitate workshops interviews demonstrations and stakeholder reviews in German and English while translating business needs into system configuration requirements.
- Coordinate schedules risks testing training change management and issue resolution across customer technical functional and subcontractor teams.
- Support Works Council communications documentation and implementation decisions in line with German collective labor law requirements.
