Who you are

• Hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry business administration
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial protection and control/automation engineering or product management
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience

What the job involves

• Contribute to Grid Automation growth by developing a competitive portfolio of offerings
• Lead life cycle management strategy for GA Products and Systems
• Collaborate with Region Growth leaders to enhance the Installed Base entitlement
• Develop upgrade solutions and identify creative business models for added value
• Integrate serviceability features in product design and develop retrofit kits for installed base
• Drive strategy for Master Service Agreements, training, and Engineering and Consulting
• Engage with customers to understand their business model and develop competitive offerings
• Analyze market trends, develop growth plans, and offerings roadmap based on customer needs
• Coach and mentor team to enhance business capabilities
• Foster collaboration with customers for innovative solutions
• Stay informed about competitors' offerings and industry trends
