Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry business administration
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial protection and control/automation engineering or product management
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience

Day to day
- Contribute to Grid Automation growth by developing a competitive portfolio of offerings
- Lead life cycle management strategy for GA Products and Systems
- Collaborate with Region Growth leaders to enhance the Installed Base entitlement
- Develop upgrade solutions and identify creative business models for added value
- Integrate serviceability features in product design and develop retrofit kits for installed base
- Drive strategy for Master Service Agreements, training, and Engineering and Consulting
- Engage with customers to understand their business model and develop competitive offerings
- Analyze market trends, develop growth plans, and offerings roadmap based on customer needs
- Coach and mentor team to enhance business capabilities
- Foster collaboration with customers for innovative solutions
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and industry trends
