Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on manual QA/testing experience
- Strong SQL skills to write queries independently
- Experience writing test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with UI/UX and 508 testing
- Experience testing custom and web applications
- Strong communication skills to document and report findings clearly
- Capable of thorough regression testing
- Must be eligible to obtain a high-level Public Trust clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required

Day to day
- Perform hands-on manual testing of tickets and features across the development lifecycle, including exploratory, functional, UI/UX, and regression testing.
- Query and validate data directly in the database using SQL to confirm test data availability and correctness.
- Support and extend an existing Playwright automation suite while working within established patterns and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to reproduce issues, document defects, and communicate findings clearly.
