- Experience in manual web based and mobile application testing
- Experience working within an Agile methodology (like Scrum)
- Experience in test scenario identification and mapping, directing test execution, and documenting/reporting test artifacts
- Experience in various testing methods
- Experience in developing and championing a culture of high product quality and mentoring development teams
What the job involves
- Collaborate daily with a team to find and discover issues and potential issues
- Champion high-level Quality Assurance of Agile/Scrum and testing processes
- Analyze product requirements and design documents to identify effective testing strategies
- Adapt to change and resolve issues quickly
- Apply risk-based, user mindset to evaluate new features
