Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience with manual and automated testing
- 2+ years of hands-on Playwright experience or equivalent modern automation framework experience
- Proven ability to create test plans define test strategies and make risk-based release decisions
- Familiarity with Xray or comparable test management tools integrated with Jira
- Strong Jira proficiency including workflows bug reporting sprint board management and defect classification
- Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative Agile Scrum environment
- Understanding of code quality ownership for a development team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate test activities across multiple teams

Day to day
- Own quality end-to-end within an agile squad, balancing manual testing with scalable automation
- Review AI-generated test outputs with sharp judgment, spotting gaps false positives and false negatives
- Perform targeted exploratory testing on complex workflows integrations and high-risk edge cases while building Playwright automation with Page Object Model patterns
