Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within a SaaS or web-based platform environment
- 2 years of experience writing SQL queries and validating data integrity in MySQL or similar relational databases
- Experience in manual and exploratory testing across frontend backend and API layers
- Experience in Agile Scrum lifecycles including Jira and Zephyr Scale
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman
- Experience collaborating with product managers developers and QA peers
- Experience troubleshooting root causes and communicating findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple testing initiatives in a fast-paced release cycle
- Experience in continuous improvement and QA best practices

Day to day
- Execute end-to-end manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms to protect product quality and release reliability.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and QA peers to validate requirements clarify acceptance criteria and maintain strong sprint communication.
- Investigate document and report defects with precision while reproducing issues verifying fixes and preventing regressions.
- Develop and maintain test cases test plans and regression suites and contribute to stronger SDLC and release processes.
- Analyze test results perform root cause analysis write SQL queries and support API and automation coverage improvements.
