• Experienced with mobile and web application testing with a preference for Salesforce knowledge.
• Familiar with agile development and bug tracking software particularly JIRA and Zephyr.
• Detail-oriented in testing execution and meticulous in documentation.
• Proven skills in anticipating patient actions and needs through creative and empathetic thinking.
• Strong communication skills and a record of engaging team conversations.
• Preferred experience in healthcare.

What the job involves

• Participate in refining stories with product engineering and design teams.
