Day to day
- Build and own the UK QA function including strategy process tooling and standards in collaboration with the US QA Lead
- Design and lead testing for AI-driven products including agentic workflows LLM outputs and evaluation frameworks
- Work hands-on with Playwright and TypeScript automation alongside manual testing regression and UAT to support releases
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product to embed quality early and raise company-wide standards as the business scales
