What the job involves

• Oversee, support and drive the quality efforts of development, integration and release of new and exciting content for Star Trek Fleet Command
• Line manage internal QA test team, support growth with development plans, KPOs, and one-on-one meetings
• Define and implement test strategy for Content team, ensuring alignment with business goals and QA lifecycle steps for content development
• Maintain and manage content bug database, prioritizing high-ROI issues and tracking bugs to resolution
• Create and maintain test suites and test cases for new and existing content, contribute hands-on as needed
• Collaborate with external test teams, QA Cluster Leads, and production teams for efficient resource management and impact assessment
• Track and report content quality, promote early issue detection and proactive quality improvements in development pipeline
