Requirements
- Extensive QA leadership experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong domain knowledge of annuities including fixed and variable annuities
- Hands-on experience with ALIP product configuration rules transactions and integrations
- Proven ability to lead test strategy test execution and release readiness
- Experience across SIT E2E regression UAT support parallel runs and dress rehearsals
- Strong defect triage root cause analysis and risk mitigation skills
- Ability to define automation strategy for API service-level and regression testing
- Experience with test data management and data validation for complex financial scenarios
- Knowledge of financial calculations accounting feeds and downstream reporting validation
- Experience mentoring offshore QA teams and driving quality standards
- Ability to produce executive-level metrics dashboards and quality reporting
- Experience supporting regulatory audits compliance reviews and production readiness

Day to day
- Owns the end-to-end QA strategy and test architecture for ALIP-based annuity transformation programs.
- Defines quality standards governance models and best practices aligned to enterprise QA and risk frameworks.
- Leads stakeholder engagement defect triage automation strategy and readiness reporting across business IT actuarial compliance and PMO teams.
