Requirements
- 10+ years in Quality Engineering Software Testing or Test Automation
- 4+ years of QA leadership or management experience
- Strong hands-on automation engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling automation frameworks
- Expertise with Playwright
- Experience testing APIs integrations and distributed systems
- Strong coding or scripting skills in JavaScript TypeScript Python Java or similar languages
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of shift-left testing practices and modern SDLC workflows
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI engineering tools and workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams

Day to day
- Lead quality engineering strategy across web APIs mobile web and event-driven systems
- Design and improve automation frameworks regression suites and CI/CD test integrations
- Mentor QA engineers while partnering closely with Engineering Product DevOps Release and Security teams
- Drive shift-left practices AI-assisted testing and modern quality standards to improve release confidence
