Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering QA Engineering or Test Automation including 2+ years in technical leadership
- Strong hands-on programming skills in Java preferred and/or C#
- Solid understanding of OOP Design Patterns and general software architecture principles
- Strong experience with testing on cloud platforms AWS Azure and/or GCP
- Practical experience testing or validating AI Agents LLMs or AI/ML-driven features
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium Playwright WebdriverIO REST Assured Postman TestNG JUnit and Maven
- Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team while remaining hands-on with code and technical problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting quality status and risk to engineering and product leadership

Day to day
- Lead strategic QA initiatives across key client accounts with a consulting mindset and strong technical depth
- Design and evolve automation frameworks for UI API integration and end-to-end testing while remaining hands-on with code reviews debugging and utility creation
- Guide QA teams on AI testing cloud platform validation CI/CD quality gates and release readiness while advising executives on quality risk and ROI
