Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience with ISO Management Systems
  • Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
  • Understanding of ISO14001/50001
  • Internal Audit Qualifications
  • Experience with external and third-party audits
  • Experience with healthcare data and systems
  • Familiarity with Data Protection and Security Toolkit
  • Knowledge of Information Governance, GDPR, and Data Protection best practices
  • Valid UK Driving License

Day to day

  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of ISO 27001 Information Security System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and support ISO14001/50001 Environmental Management Systems
  • Ensure services provided achieve high level of quality and consistency
  • Ensure company certifications are up to date and develop Integrated Management Systems and processes as per standards
  • Undertake and assist with internal, external, and third party audits, including preparing documentation
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and prevention to maintain existing systems and policies
  • Manage the Compliance team to ensure duties are carried out and documentation is completed
  • Work with various managers to develop quality and security standards for new services, enabling timely measurement and reporting
