Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Healthcare Informatics or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of QA or testing experience supporting large-scale enterprise software implementations in SDLC using Agile and/or Waterfall
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools to develop execute maintain and validate enterprise test suites
  • Experience planning and executing Functional Integration System Regression End-to-End and UAT for enterprise applications
  • Experience developing test strategies test plans test cases test scripts UAT scenarios defect logs test execution reports and traceability documentation
  • Experience validating functionality against business requirements functional specifications solution designs and complex workflows
  • Experience in defect management including identification logging prioritization tracking validation regression testing and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience testing enterprise healthcare and Medicaid systems including IES MMIS Reporting and EDW or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks enterprise QA methodologies regression testing Agile testing enterprise release management and continuous testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders business analysts developers project managers and cross-functional teams

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites that verify enterprise application functionality against approved business and functional requirements.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing, create test scenarios, document outcomes, and validate complex business processes across integrated systems.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing for Medicaid platforms while investigating defects, reviewing failures, and supporting corrective actions.
