Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance Quality Engineering or Test Automation
- 2+ years designing or maintaining automated test frameworks
- Experience testing web applications REST APIs integrations and cloud-based applications
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Playwright Cypress PyTest TestNG JUnit REST Assured or Appium
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Programming experience with Java JavaScript TypeScript Python or C#
- Experience using Git
- Experience managing the complete defect lifecycle using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and STLC
- Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and documentation skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test cases for Amazon Connect and cloud contact center solutions.
- Validate customer and agent journeys across IVR, APIs, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems while testing call routing, transfers, callbacks, voicemail, and escalations.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and document quality risks, defects, and release recommendations.
