Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Experience with Postman
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with both manual and automated testing, including scripting and coding
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Day to day
- Collaborate with the software development team to understand product requirements
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Create and execute both manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects
- Review and validate software bug reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Establish and promote QA guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Continuously enhance existing test automation frameworks
- Attend agile meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools
