Requirements
- 5+ years of automated software testing experience
- 5+ years of manual software testing experience
- 5+ years of component-level testing experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end testing experience
- At least 5 years of experience in SQL
- At least 3 years of experience in React
- At least 3 years of experience in Node.js
- At least 3 years of experience with Python source code in GitLab
- At least 2 years of experience testing AI/ML
- At least 2 years of experience evaluating AI/ML
- At least 2 years of experience testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- At least 2 years of experience testing generative AI features
- At least 2 years of experience testing workloads on Microsoft Azure
- High School Diploma required

Day to day
- Test software applications built or updated by the Application Development team and verify that releases are stable, accurate, and ready for production.
- Create, maintain, and review test cases, test data, and automated suites to support functional testing, data validation, and regression coverage.
- Design and execute validation strategies for AI/ML and RAG features, checking retrieval accuracy, grounding, safety, hallucinations, bias, and drift.
