Requirements
- 2-5 years testing and shipping complex software
- Strong analytical thinking and obsessive attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong manual testing and hands-on automated testing experience
- Fluent using AI tools as part of daily workflow
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about object-oriented code
- Comfortable in the terminal and filesystem
- Experience testing across multiple platforms and devices
- Experience with Test Management Software such as Qase
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and communicate proactively

Day to day
- Own the quality of each release by combining careful manual testing with modern automation
- Test complex 3D and geospatial experiences that require strong spatial reasoning and attention to detail
- Work closely with engineers to deliver clear actionable feedback and help ship production-ready builds
- Use AI tools to accelerate test creation automation and bug investigation while improving overall release confidence
