Requirements
- 2+ years of QA or test automation experience supporting modern web applications
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing framework
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing suites
- Comfortable reading application code to understand changes and validate coverage
- Familiarity with Go and/or TypeScript/React
- Strong understanding of regression testing and release validation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written communication skills for bug reports and documentation
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering and cross-functional teams

Day to day
- Own quality across the TyrOS software development lifecycle and gate releases before production
- Build and maintain Playwright end-to-end test suites for critical user workflows
- Execute regression, performance, accessibility, and data integrity testing to validate production readiness
- Partner with engineers, Mission Managers, and FDEs to refine acceptance criteria, automate checks, and improve release processes
