Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience focused on quality data integrity or test automation
- Strong Python skills for production-quality scripts automation and data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and debugging data in SQL and NoSQL databases preferably Postgres and Elasticsearch
- Proven ability to build automated systems that discover bugs or data issues
- Ability to read understand and contribute fixes to a production codebase
- Comfort working independently and prioritizing quality issues by impact

Day to day
- Design and build automated systems that proactively identify data quality issues product bugs and regressions across the web application and data pipelines
- Write scripts and tooling to detect anomalies inconsistencies and failures in large datasets including malformed records missing relationships and unexpected distributions
- Collaborate with engineering and product to prioritize issues by business impact and contribute code fixes directly while improving automated test coverage and release readiness
