Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology Information Systems Business or equivalent experience
- 7-9 years of relevant QA experience
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Lead
- Working experience in one programming language such as Java Python Ruby JavaScript or C#
- Working experience in one test automation tool such as Selenium Appium or RestAssured
- Understanding of Git version control branching reverts and rebasing
- Experience in automation code reviews
- Experience with all aspects of the QA process including test plans and test strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to build consensus and influence others
- Experience with the system development lifecycle
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Nice to have
- RPA experience
- Azure DevOps pipelines
- Automation team leadership
- Title or real estate industry experience
Day to day
- Lead and mentor QE team members while coordinating offshore resources and aligning stakeholders around testing goals.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, automation frameworks, and scripts to protect coverage across applications and APIs.
- Own QA release activities by tracking defects, communicating results, managing risk, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement across agile projects.
