Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in a software development organization with strong quality management focus
Direct experience with Ruby or Go codebases, preferably both
Significant experience with agentic software development workflows, skill development, prompt engineering, and supporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus across teams
Commitment to data-driven decision making with clear KPI and OKR tracking
Experience leading transformational projects in sensitive high-complexity environments with compliance or regulatory obligations

Day to day

Lead the modernization of software quality management practices across a regulated payments organization
Design and implement a fully automated test suite and deployment pipeline that scales with agentic AI development workflows
Partner cross-functionally with engineering leadership, QA, SGRC, and performance teams to improve release readiness and reduce escaped defects
