  • 8+ years in software quality engineering with automation-first experience
  • 6+ years designing and evolving UI API and integration automation frameworks
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript Python or C# automation development
  • Strong experience with VS Code Eclipse or similar IDE ecosystems
  • Expert-level CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
  • Knowledge of AWS Azure cloud concepts and hosted architectures
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot automation failures and test flakiness
  • Strong understanding of API automation service virtualization and test data management
  • Ability to lead automation architecture decisions and improve testability
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers in automation best practices
  • Strong understanding of APIs distributed services data systems and cloud platforms

Day to day

  • Lead test strategy and execution for a Scrum team to ensure broad, risk-based coverage aligned with product and architecture goals.
  • Drive automation strategy, including framework design and CI/CD integration, to build scalable and maintainable quality practices.
  • Mentor engineers and influence cross-team quality initiatives by identifying systemic risks, improving testability, and promoting AI-enabled testing approaches.
