Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering manufacturing or a related field preferred
- Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Engineer
- Strong understanding of AS9100 AS9102 and AS13000
- Hands-on experience with SPC MSA and Gage R&R evaluations
- Proficiency in CMM programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or complex processing environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Day to day
- Ensure products and processes meet strict aerospace quality standards from development through post-manufacturing
- Identify risks develop corrective actions and implement effective quality control systems across departments
- Support audits contract reviews FAIR preparation SPC initiatives documentation and continuous improvement efforts
