Requirements
- 4 years of experience in quality management quality assurance or deliverable quality control preferably supporting government programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience developing and executing quality plans and monitoring quality requirements
- Experience supporting UAT or End-to-End testing including test cases test scenarios and test schedules
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methods such as Lean Six Sigma CMMI ISO 9000 9001 or Malcolm Baldrige
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong critical thinking analytical and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

Day to day
- Perform quality control reviews of work products and deliverables to ensure 98% accuracy and polished presentation. Support End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing for modernization projects by creating test plans test cases test scenarios and schedules. Track defects and issues maintain escalation records and drive corrective action to improve quality and meet requirements. Develop performance metrics monitor quality trends and recommend improvements across the deliverable life cycle.
