- Strong communication and organizational skills

Day to day
- Support high-volume hiring for early-in-profession technical roles including intern and entry-level positions
- Source screen and engage candidates while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams
- Manage candidate communication interview coordination debriefs and progression through offer stage
