- Staffing agency or executive search experience a plus
- Working knowledge of HR practices EEOC guidelines and employment policies
- Excellent phone presence and candidate communication skills
- Strong computer skills including internet research Microsoft Office email Adobe Acrobat and web-based recruiting systems

Day to day
- Identify and hire highly qualified management talent for Compass’s CCL Hospitality brand within Senior Living Communities.
- Interview screen qualify and present candidates to hiring managers while following OFCCP requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates internal applicants hiring managers and business stakeholders while supporting hiring goals and new business needs.
