Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Experience sourcing talent within an Applicant Tracking System as well as using external sources to identify talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• High skill level in customer service
• Effective presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening, and problem solving
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors, and senior leaders across the organization
• Positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to influence hiring leaders to move quickly in selection and offer stages
• Comfortable in a goal/metric driven environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

What the job involves

• Conducts open position intake discussions with hiring managers, sources candidates, interviews and negotiates offers and compensation
• Creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Navigates the Applicant Tracking System to document and track candidate progress
• Participates in Emory hiring events as required
