  • Ability to translate our plans to recruitment strategies and partner effectively with leadership to prioritize and staff plan

Day to day

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing assessment capabilities to build talent pipelines
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • While working within our existing recruitment process, recommend fresh ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
