Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the U.S. market
- Experience hiring for technical engineering operations manufacturing logistics or data center roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent English C1+

Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple U.S. vacancies with a focus on operations engineering and technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies candidate profiles and market insights
- Source assess and nurture candidates through interviews coordination offers and a strong candidate experience
- Maintain ATS accuracy recruiting reporting KPIs and process improvements while supporting employer branding
