Who you are
- Proven experience as a Recruiter ideally in a remote environment
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Familiarity with various candidate search platforms and tools including LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and align candidates accordingly
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines

What the job involves
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels job boards and social media platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client intake forms to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
- Conduct initial phone interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and progress reports
