Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and business positions; meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, technology, and sales positions
- Naturally curious and eager to meet new potential team members
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in start-ups
- Experiences with CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports
- Strong network in the crypto and blockchain industry
- Experience recruiting in the crypto & blockchain space
Day to day
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
