Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in life sciences pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device or regulated industries
- Proven full recruitment lifecycle experience in agency consultancy staffing or in-house environments
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using advanced search social media professional networks and recruitment databases
- Experience using ATS platforms preferably Zoho Recruit or similar
- Excellent interviewing candidate assessment and relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence candidates at all levels
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Day to day
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful placement in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across life sciences, engineering, quality, validation, manufacturing, and technical operations roles.
- Deliver high-quality candidate screening interviewing and offer management while maintaining excellent stakeholder and candidate relationships.
