Requirements
- Previous recruitment executive search or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Fluent in English and French is essential
- Experience recruiting across African markets
- Marine offshore engineering EPC energy shipbuilding or technical recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset focused on delivering results
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently

Day to day
- Manage a warm desk with live vacancies and make immediate impact by placing candidates
- Headhunt high-quality technical and commercial professionals across Africa and international markets
- Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to successful placement while building strong client relationships
