- Agency experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter ZoomInfo or similar sourcing tools
- Ability to learn niche talent markets quickly
- Strong written communication for candidate outreach
- Organized self directed and comfortable working independently remotely

Day to day
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo to identify strong prospects
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across public accounting geotechnical engineering and construction searches
- Screen profiles craft outreach messages and track sourcing activity with organized reporting
