• 4 years of experience in a recruitment role

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a high-output team
