Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations
- Proven ability to source and hire across technical and GTM roles
- Experience across US and LATAM markets
- Comfortable working across ATS HRIS and sourcing tools
- Strong organisational instincts and process ownership
- Ability to flag problems early and work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Own full-cycle hiring for open roles across the US and LATAM, including sourcing screening interview coordination references and offers.
- Manage recruiting pipelines in Ashby and keep candidates informed while partnering closely with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Handle HR operations end to end including onboarding offboarding compliance tasks benefits questions and office logistics with strong independence.
