Day to day
- Own the Ashby instance and translate hiring priorities into clean working pipelines.
- Set up roles pipeline stages interview plans and templates while keeping candidate data accurate and up to date.
- Build workflows automations reporting and internal documentation so hiring runs smoothly with minimal manual effort.
