Who you are

  • Prior experience in high-volume in-house recruitment within insurance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar candidate management systems required.
  • Experience in sourcing diverse talent via passive and active methods.
  • Possess sharp analytical skills to extract trends from data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
  • Good standard of education with proficiency in Maths and English.
