Requirements
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in engineering architecture consulting or AEC
- Experience recruiting for technical or STEM-related positions highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Handshake or ZipRecruiter is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- HRIS experience is preferred

Day to day
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles while building strong candidate relationships.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire experiences across HR systems and internal teams.
- Support broader HR initiatives, employee engagement, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
