  • Experience with ATS ideally JobAdder
  • Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge
  • Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage own workload
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware and focused on quality outcomes
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK

Day to day

  • Manage recruitment assignments from brief through to successful placement
  • Source engage and qualify high-quality STEM professionals
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
  • Conduct candidate interviews assessments and present suitable candidates to clients
  • Negotiate offers support candidates through to placement and maintain accurate CRM and ATS records
