Who you are

  • Proven experience in recruitment particularly in securing new business and client engagement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with senior decision-makers
  • Proactive target-driven and motivated to achieve results
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings (access to a car is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience in selling recruitment services or similar solutions



What the job involves

  • Promote and sell Flexi-Job Apprenticeships to employers and organisations across England.
  • Focus on winning and managing client relationships remotely with occasional field visits.
  • Develop new business by creating roles for apprentices instead of placing temp workers.
