Day to day

  • Lead a small Recruitment Partners team and support their growth through regular 1:1s and day-to-day guidance
  • Own and improve end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States
  • Stay hands-on in recruiting by sourcing senior candidates conducting interviews and stepping in during busy periods
  • Use data and automation ideas to strengthen hiring metrics process efficiency and candidate experience
