Requirements
- 3+ years leading a team
- 6+ years IT recruitment experience
- International or product company background is an asset
- Strong English skills
- Polish C2 and English B2/C1
- Experience with ATS and HRIS
- Hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior roles
- Operational recruitment experience
- Data-driven mindset with hiring metrics and process improvements
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Full-time availability
- Occasional Warsaw office presence and evening work

Day to day
- Lead a small Recruitment Partners team and support their growth through regular 1:1s and day-to-day guidance
- Own and improve end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States
- Stay hands-on in recruiting by sourcing senior candidates conducting interviews and stepping in during busy periods
- Use data and automation ideas to strengthen hiring metrics process efficiency and candidate experience
