Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience
- Experience in product companies is an advantage
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and X-Ray search
- Polish C2 and English at least B2/C1
- Ability to conduct behavioral partner recruitment interviews
- Strong communication with different stakeholders
- Good instincts backed by factual arguments
- Ability to work independently and propose initiatives
- Full-time availability and occasional Warsaw office presence

Day to day
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from briefing Hiring Managers to giving feedback
- Source and engage candidates across multiple channels while writing compelling job ads and delivering a strong Candidate Experience
- Partner daily with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States to identify top-tier talent and improve hiring outcomes
