Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience
  • Experience in product companies is an advantage
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and X-Ray search
  • Polish C2 and English at least B2/C1
  • Ability to conduct behavioral partner recruitment interviews
  • Strong communication with different stakeholders
  • Good instincts backed by factual arguments
  • Ability to work independently and propose initiatives
  • Full-time availability and occasional Warsaw office presence

Day to day

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from briefing Hiring Managers to giving feedback
  • Source and engage candidates across multiple channels while writing compelling job ads and delivering a strong Candidate Experience
  • Partner daily with Hiring Managers in Poland and the United States to identify top-tier talent and improve hiring outcomes
