What the job involves
Proactively search, select, and recruit call centre staff using various methods like job boards, social media, referrals, and open days.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates, and engage with the vetting and compliance team to assist candidates in the application process.
Update systems, adhere to procedures and best practices, provide resourcing solutions and services to allocated client accounts, and attend daily team meetings.
Work from home after onboarding, attend mandatory office training sessions, meet key performance indicators, and support other business areas in resourcing tasks.
Continuously develop and review applicant attraction strategies to maintain a candidate pipeline.
