- Experience in recruitment and tech recruitment
- Experience with CRM management, ideally recruiterflow
- Experience with automation tools such as Instantly or Smartlead
- Love talking to people on the phone as well as online and on email
- Process driven and have a logical/analytical way of thinking
- Willing to put in extra time and hours to reap the rewards
